SADLY, MY FAMILY HAD THE TRAGIC NEWS of our loss of her on OCTOBER 21, 2018.
WE HAD TO CELEBRATE HER BIRTHDAY on OCTOBER 28TH WITHOUT HER.
MY SISTER JODI IS JUST OVER A YEAR OLDER THAN ME.
JODI IS MY ONLY SISTER and MY FIRST FRIEND. she has always and will forever be MY BEST FRIEND.
since we were SO CLOSE IN AGE WE dID EVERYTHING TOGETHER. WE WE WERE RARELY APART.
WE KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT EACH OTHER. she shared everything with me aS I DID WITH HER.
MY SISTER AND I shared A SPECIAL BOND. It was a bond like no other.
there was even a TIMe when WE CHOSE TO MOVE IN BESIDE ONE ANOTHER. we lived in the same apartment building, same floor with our doors rIGht beside each other.
i WOULD LEAVE the patio door unlocked or even open so she could sneak through a space on our balcony's AND into my apartment for whatever REASON.
even distance didn't change OUR bond. i moved away from our hometown. i continued to see her almost daily driving home to hang out or even just lay around in her bed or on the couch when i was sick.
it was always where i felt safe and most comfortable.
if i had a problem or was sad and my heart was broken she was the first person i would turn to. either calling but mostly and usually just running to her home showing up at the door. NO MATTER WHERE WE LIVED.
sometimes because i wantED her advice or needing to vent or just to cry because she was someone i trusted more than anyone in the world.
she was my person.i always felt safest with her or at her home.
I HAVE NEVER LOST SOMEONE SO CLOSE TO ME and she is by far the closet person i have ever had.
I can say losing my sister has been The most difficult THING i have EVer dealt with in my life.
JODI i love you more than you will ever know.
I find comfort in KNOWING there will be a day we will reunite and i will see you once again and what a beautiful long awaited day that will be.
although you may have left us and are no longer in the physical world beside us. you will always remain in our lives, hearts, memories and in our most beautiful dreams.
I love you so much and i will MISS YOU FOREVER Jodi! ♥️
you are and will always be the best big sister anyone could have HAD.
i will cherish and treasure the time we shared together and i will hold every beautiful memory i have close to my heart.
